Our Director, Nadine Edwards, has over a decade of contentious and non-contentious experience as a lawyer at top tier and boutique law firms both nationally and internationally. 

 

Qualified to practice law in three jurisdictions, she has always operated in the dispute resolution space, working with commercial and private clients to solve simple and complex disputes in a cost effective, efficient manner that preserves relationships the client considers important so far as possible.

Experienced in the full spectrum of disputes and the dispute resolution process, she is an experienced negotiator and trained in collaborative practice.  She is a STEP member and also qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner.

Specialized in only a few areas of law – commercial litigation, wills and estates – we have a well-established network within both the legal and related industries – so we can phone or engage a highly specialized friend when needed.
